Pearla has been working with business owners, managers and corporations since 2015. As a business owner, her yearning for learning and philanthropic mindset it became clear that becoming a business strategists would set others on a path to success while filling her cup.
Her style describes a hybrid crossover of strategists, consultant and coach. Her unique strategies to build cohesive teams and customized systems are extraordinary. As a consultant she builds websites and helps entrepreneurs with everything from registering their LLC to hiring their first employee. She will improve your team's mindset and communication while providing accountability through her coaching techniques.
Pearla has a love for adventure. She lives on a boat six months out of the year in South Portland Maine and loves all things ocean. In the winter you’ll find her on the slopes laughing and having fun with friends and family. A true free spirit.
